We get a lot of questions about our school and lessons. Here are some of our top questions answered!

What times are lessons available?

• Lessons are available Monday through Thursday evenings (2:30-8:30 pm) and also Tuesday through Wednesday mornings (9:00 am to 12:00 pm). However, we currently do not have lessons on Fridays or Sundays.

Is this one on one or group lessons?

• We offer a variety of lesson lengths and types. Currently, group lessons are available for piano only, but 1-on-1 private lessons are available at 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 1 hour.

How many lessons are in a month?

• We have lessons once a week that varies during holidays and lengths of months. Lessons usually total to 3-4 times a month. 

What are your prices? / When is payment due / How is payment collected?

What happens if I can’t show up / my teacher cannot show up to a lesson?

• The procedure varies depending on the circumstances. If either the teacher or student is sick but both are well enough for online lessons, the lesson will be conducted online at the regular time. If the teacher or student is too ill for online lessons or cannot attend for other reasons, the teacher and student will need to discuss alternative arrangements to make up the lesson.

  Please note that if a student is completely absent, we cannot guarantee that the lesson can be rescheduled, nor will a refund for the missed lesson be issued.
